The doEverything.biz Web Site (the "Site") is an online information service provided by several individuals subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. These individuals are residents of various countries and are all operating under the name of "doEverything.biz" with no other affiliation with a legal entity or a registered company. The aim of this Network of Excellence is to provide rich services for free or for low fees compared to the existing commercial services in the mentioned areas of expertise. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. doEverything.biz MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

1. Business Model.

Each person behind the operation of the Site has one of the following two roles: "General Administrator" and "External Partner". The Site is a platform which is run in a distributed manner, i.e., the service providers (External Partners) have a great deal of autonomy. If unstated, the person who offers a service through "doEverything.biz" is considered as "External Partner". It is the responsibility of the users to properly check any relevant information regarding the person who offers the service before entering into any business dealing with that person. The user has to settle any issue with "External Partner" on their own and without holding responsible the "General Administrator". "doEverything.biz", and its "General Administrator" in particular, does not accept any responsibility of any kind regarding the interactions between "External Partners" and users. "External Partner" is the only person who will be legally responsible to address any issue with the users of their services.

2. Service Price.

Although some of the offered services are currently free of charge, the Site reserves the right to change the pricing policy at any time according to these parameters: value of specific contents, user support efforts, bandwidth price, web designing efforts and web hosting costs.

After the Beta Phase, the Site might charge members monthly for their memberships. The decision to charge members monthly and the monthly amount depend on the evolution of the expenses, website revenue from advertisement and sales of specific service/software. In case the decision is to introduce monthly subscription fees, members will be notified few weeks in advance. However, the Site reserves the right to introduce the fees with immediate effect and without advance notice.

3. Return Policy.

The sale of any digital product or service through the Site is final and without any possibility of issuing a refund, unless otherwise stated. You are encouraged to study carefully the description accompanying the service or product before purchase. Dissatisfaction with the performance, features or any other aspect of a digital product, including any software, is not a reason for issuing a refund. Only errors arising from the transmission of the digital product to the user which can not be corrected for by the Site in any other way may be a reason for a refund. Users are strongly encouraged to contact the Site for more information regarding the Return Policy of any specific service or product before purchase.

4. Technical Aspects.

The Site is relying on the availability of JavaScript, Cookies and Popup windows for proper operation. If the users have either of these blocked in their Internet browsers, they will not be able to use the Site properly. Please refer to your Internet browser's help section in order to know how to set these parameters. The Site has NOT been tested to work properly in case any of the above is not allowed on the client side. The Site, its "General Administrator" and "External Partners" are not responsible for such incompatibilities on the user side, whether or not the problem is related to a paid service.
doEverything.biz Website does not intend to "Frame" other pages on the Internet. However, verifying that every link in the Site is properly set to open in a new window is a difficult task. If you have noticed that your pages are being "framed", please contact the support team and let them know about the link in the Site, after which the problem will be immediately corrected.
The Site has been tested to work properly with the latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, both under Microsoft Windows operating system.

5. Use of the User Information.

The e-mail address is used only for confirming user registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should the user forgets his current one). Furthermore, the e-mail address may be used to communicate some critical information regarding the operation of the Site to the users. As a user you agree to any information you have entered being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, the "General Administrator" and "External Partners" cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

6. Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions.

The entire contents of the Site are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owners of the copyrights and trademarks are doEverything.biz, its "General Administrator" and/or "External Partners" [With the consideration of the "Specific Note" below]. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY MANNER, THE MATERIAL ON THE SITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE AND/OR SOFTWARE. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials. You agree to grant to doEverything.biz (its "General Administrator" and "External Partners") a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, with the right to sub-license, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products and services) you submit to any public areas of the Site (such as bulletin boards, forums and newsgroups) or by e-mail to doEverything.biz by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed. You agree that you shall have no recourse against doEverything.biz(its "General Administrator" and "External Partners") for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your communications to doEverything.biz(its "General Administrator" and "External Partners").

Specific Note:
All the information/media in the Site are either directly provided by the "General Administrator" and/or "External Partners" or taken from the Internet from sources believed to be free. For copyright concerns, please contact the Site through the help system. Most of the images found in the Site were not created by the "General Administrator" or "External Partners". These images were obtained from a number of sources on the Internet that labeled them as "freely distributable". Some of the authors of these graphics may not approve if the graphics are used commercially. The Site does not claim ownership to many of these graphics and any use of them is at your own risk. If you find any images that may be copyrighted, please contact the Site immediately through the help system so that the Site may either give you credit for your work, or remove the images from the Site.

7. Use of the Site.

You understand that doEverything.biz cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.

While the "General Administrator" and/or "External Partners" will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message posted in the Site. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to the Site express the views and opinions of the author and not the "General Administrator" or "External Partners" (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of the posts may be recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. BECAUSE SOME COUNTRIES/STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. When you access a non-doEverything.biz web site, please understand that it is independent from doEverything.biz, and that doEverything.biz has no control over the content on that web site. In addition, a link to a doEverything.biz web site does not mean that doEverything.biz endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such web site.

8. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless doEverything.biz, its "General Administrator" and "External Partners" and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.

9. Third Party Rights.

The provisions of paragraphs "Use of the Site" and "Indemnification" are for the benefit of doEverything.biz and its "General Administrator" and "External Partners" and any third party information providers to the Service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.

10. Termination.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs "Use of the User Information", "Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions", "Use of the Site", "Indemnification", "Third Party Rights" and "Miscellaneous" shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

11. Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of choice (Canada, USA, France, Sweden, etc.) of the individual concerned ("General Administrator" and "External Partner") in doEverything.biz Team applicable to agreements made and to be performed in that country (Canada, USA, France, Sweden, etc.). You agree that any legal action or proceeding between "doEverything.biz" [doEverything.biz, its "General Administrator", "External Partners" and any third party information providers to the Service] and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the country of choice of "doEverything.biz"(its "General Administrator" and/or "External Partners"). Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. doEverything.biz's (its "General Administrator" and/or "External Partners") failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. doEverything.biz (its "General Administrator" and/or "External Partners") may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
